1. Introduction

Welcome to www.vanyatraholidays.com, operated by VanyatraHolidays (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking any service through us—including jungle safaris, forest lodges, hotels, or tour packages—you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

Scope of Services

  • VanyatraHolidays acts as a facilitation and travel service provider, assisting customers with bookings for jungle safaris, forest lodges, hotels, transportation, and travel packages.

  • We do not issue or sell official safari permits ourselves.

  • All safari permits, entry permissions, jeep/canter allocation, and forest access are subject to approval and control of the respective Forest Department authorities.

  • Final confirmation depends on availability and authorization from government and service providers.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment as mentioned in the invoice or booking confirmation.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete details, including:

    • Full name (as per ID)

    • Age

    • Valid government ID proof

    • Contact details

    • Travel dates and number of guests

  • Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated at the time of booking (UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateway, etc.).

  • All prices are indicative and subject to change due to:

    • Government fee revisions

    • Forest department charges

    • Hotel tariff changes

    • Seasonal or peak-period surcharges

Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once confirmed, safari details such as date, slot, visitor name, or ID cannot be modified.

  • Any cancellation request will be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy shared at the time of booking.

  • If a safari is cancelled or postponed by forest authorities due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Park closure

    • Government orders

    • Safety reasons
      VanyatraHolidays shall not be liable for refunds beyond what the authorities permit.

  • Any increase in government fees, taxes, or hotel charges after booking must be paid by the customer before travel.

Identification & Permissions

  • All guests must carry a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) during safari and check-in.
  • Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa (if applicable).
  • Entry into safari zones is strictly subject to Forest Department approval and allocation of authorized vehicles only.

Safari Rules & Guest Conduct

  • Safaris are conducted strictly under Forest Department rules and regulations.

  • Guests must follow instructions given by forest guides, drivers, and officials, including:

    • Maintaining silence

    • No littering

    • No feeding or disturbing wildlife

    • No smoking, alcohol, loud music, or fire inside the forest

  • Guests with medical conditions, children, elderly travelers, or pregnant women should assess fitness requirements and inform us in advance.

Risk Acknowledgement & Liability

Jungle safaris involve inherent risks, including wildlife movement, terrain conditions, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

VanyatraHolidays shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, damage, or death during safari, travel, or stay.

Guests are advised to carry personal travel and health insurance (recommended but not mandatory).

Changes to Itinerary or Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or adjust:

    • Safari slots

    • Accommodation

    • Transport

    • Travel itinerary
      due to availability issues, forest department instructions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

  • In such cases, we will try to inform guests at the earliest and offer alternatives or refunds as per applicable policy.

Guest Behavior & Disqualification

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward wildlife, staff, and fellow travelers.
  • Any misconduct, abusive behavior, intoxication, or safety violation may result in immediate removal from safari or tour without refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of:
    • Misrepresentation

    • Invalid documents

    • Safety or compliance concerns

Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers in your booking.

  • These terms may be updated periodically, and the version applicable at the time of booking shall prevail.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
